This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or www.alchemistit.com.Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, occasin.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

Return and Refund Policy

What is our return policy?

• We do not normally give refunds or exchanges if you:
• Simply change your mind; or
• Purchased the wrong product; or
• Already knew of a particular fault in a product, or we specifically advised you of a particular fault in a product; or
• Damage a product after purchase due to alterations to the product not performed by us, damage the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product or damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control; or
• No proof of purchase is provided.
• Rejection of a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim

ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD reserves the right to reject a return, a refund, warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim if consumers:

• Change their mind about a product. This includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable (where the consumer has not made any specific intended use of the product known to ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods.
• Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way. Such a use may be noted in the manufacturer’s warranty as rendering it void, or it may be a use that you wouldn\’t reasonably expect the product to perform
• Damage the product by making alterations not performed by us.
• Damage the product where the damage is caused by any factors beyond our control.
• Are unable to provide a proof of purchase, namely a tax invoice.
• Are responsible for damaging the goods by not following the care instructions (if any are provided).

Refunds will be given at the discretion of ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD’s management.

• How to return a parcel to us?

You can use your original ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

Warranty

Warranty claims are under the Manufacture or Supplier process period until future notice.

• Warranty claim without any charges first 14 days following official receipt.
• Software corruption & Data loss do not allow for claims from ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD.
• Due to parts shortage or obsolete, manufacturers will replace the parts with the same value or latest model.
• Please Keep Any Purchase Receipt For Warranty Purposes. ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD holds the right to reject any claim without the presence of purchase receipt.
• Misuse, Mishandling, Natural Disaster Or Unauthorized Disassembly.
• Burn Mark Or Any Physical Defect/Damage Caused By End User Or During Deliver / Postage / Courier. Modification, Personal Repair Or Excessive Overclocking Resulting Malfunction.
• Warranty On All Products Sold Is Considered Null And Void Under Any One Of The Following Conditions
• Please Check Carefully When You Send In Defective Part(s) For RMA/Warranty. If We Checked The Product Are Issue-Free, Handling & Service Charges Incur Starting From RM30

Free Gift

1. All free gifts are without warranty.
2. The free gift is not eligible for exchange or refund.
3. Available while stocks last.
4. No cash alternative will be offered.
5. ALCHEMIST IT SDN BHD are not responsible for any damage, faulty and loss of the free gift.

For a refund to be made against any qualifying items, the free gift with purchase must be returned unopened and in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

• Goods Sold / Paid / Delivered Are Not Refundable, Returnable And Exchangeable. All Items Sold Carried 1 Year In-House Warranty. Extended Warranty By Manufacturer Or Distributor After The First Year, Processing And Delivery Charges Will Be Imposed. Cancellation Fee (20%) Will Be Imposed On Orders Which Customers Require Refund Under The Condition Of Last Minutes Cancellation.

Non-acceptance of Order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product that you have ordered is unavailable in stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Gift Voucher

The gift voucher will be valid for the date till the expired date.
